All standard basic checks include the following security features: VOID pantograph, fluorescent fibers, microprint signature line, black & blue dyes, and brown stain.

Laser Checks printed on 8 1/2" x 11" long-grain smooth, moisture controlled check paper. All printing is black ink. Choose from one of these Background Colors: Tan, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Mauve, Green and Gray. Your own logo can be added using your camera ready art. Please add a one-time set-up charge of $25.00. Continuous ( Dot Matrix ) checks overall size is 9 ½” x 7” ( 8 ½” x 7” detached ) multiple part checks utilize carbonless paper. Canary and pink papers are used for 2nd and 3rd parts respectively. Checks are guaranteed to work with your software. Please provide the correct version of your accounting software and fax a voided check to Forms Plus (770) 271-8545. New accounts will require a voided check to be mailed in to verify the correct format of your software.

Our normal production time is 7 business days. A Rush Program is available for an additional charge. Same day rush $150.00 – order must be entered by 10:00 AM, ET.
1 day rush $110.00, 2 day rush, $75.00, 3 day rush $60.00, 4 day rush $50.00, 5 day rush
