Order Policy

Payment

New customers or first time orders require payment by credit card only: Master Card, Visa, American Express.  A prepayment of 50% is required on all orders over $500.00. Canadian orders will be charged additional brokerage fees and taxes upon delivery. Discounts offered do not apply to rush charges, custom logo charges, shipping and handling charges or taxes. All Consigner Tags and Label orders are credit card only.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call us at 1-800-241-2319 to verify current prices and pricing specials. Georgia residents subject to state sales tax. All Tag and Label prices include ground shipping charges except those going to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and offshore islands which have additional charges. All other products do not include shipping charges.

Custom Orders

Company logos can be added to any product using camera ready art for a one time charge of $25.00. Custom artwork including graphic design will be billed on a per job basis and may require a down payment, depending on the job. Up charges will be applied for nonstandard colors different from the listed standard colors on specific products.

Proofs

Two proofs available at no charge. $20.00 charge for each additional proof. Four color digital match print proofs will be charged on a per job basis.

Rush Program

Our normal production time is 5-7 business days. A Rush Program is available for an additional charge. Same day rush $100.00 – order must be entered by 10:00 AM, ET.

1 day rush $75.00, 2 day rush $55.00, 3 day rush $40.00, 4 day rush $30.00. Be sure to specify your order is RUSH and which RUSH SPECIAL you desire.

Shipments and Delivery

Allow 7 business days for most orders to ship depending upon approval of proof. Checks will ship within 7 business days with rush orders available for an up charge. See Business Checks section for details. Call for details and prices if you desire more information. All orders ship UPS Ground unless you specify expedited shipping. There is a $6.00 per order handling charge included on all orders. There is an additional $3.00 UPS charge for all shipments going to a residental address.

Overruns/Under runs

Your printed orders may ship as much as 10% more or less than the quantity ordered because of press variances and will be billed accordingly.

Returns or Damaged Merchandise

All Sales are final on custom printed products unless there is found to be a deviation from the proof.   All Tag, Label and blank envelope returns are accepted within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.   Call your Forms-Plus Sales Representative immediately if there is any problem with your order at 1-800-241-2319.
